Quality Policy

Our Quality Policy is to preserve the respect and trust we have earned by turning our industry experience, expert staff and technological infrastructure into customer satisfaction, with the joint participation and efforts of our employees, within a spirit of total quality and continuous improvement, and to meet our customers' expectations within the framework of standards and legal regulations.

  • To ensure the continuous improvement and compliance review of the policy and management system requirements we have established in line with our management principles;
  • To communicate our policy and the requirements of our Management System to employees, subcontractors, customers and suppliers, ensuring it is understandable and accessible to the public;
  • To set continuously improving objectives and targets, following up on them and providing all necessary resources for their realization;
  • To carry out our work based on current national and/or international standards or defined test methods, ensuring good technical practice conditions, as quickly and economically as possible, based on impartiality, independence, honesty, confidentiality, reliability and legal requirements;
  • To perform tests using the best available technological test equipment, in accordance with test methods and standards, through good professional practices with continuously trained expert personnel who know their objectives;
  • To commit to working in accordance with policies and processes prepared in compliance with the requirements of the TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard, and to carry out the necessary work for the continuous improvement of its effectiveness.

Occupational Safety Policy

  • We will continuously develop the principle "All accidents are preventable, every job can always be done in a safer way," which is as important as our work performance, making it an integral part of our work performance.
  • Employee Health and Safety is the responsibility of all AFMER personnel.
  • Responsibilities and authorities for fulfilling laws, regulations, and occupational safety requirements will be shared among all our employees.
  • AFMER will fulfill its indispensable principle of continuous training in order to build a sense of responsibility among its employees.

Environmental Policy

  • To comply with and stay current with our country's environmental legislation.
  • To ensure measurable continuous improvement in every possible area related to the environment.
  • To identify environmental aspects and determine the types and harms of environmental impacts.
  • To minimize pollution and waste, and to dispose of our hazardous waste with minimized environmental impact.
  • To provide our employees with adequate/continuous training and to encourage them to apply these principles.
  • Management will continuously monitor the implementation of the Quality, Environmental and OHS policies and objectives it has committed to.
