The impartiality, independence and confidentiality principles of our laboratory.

In our laboratory services, our organization commits to:

  1. Carrying out its duties with accuracy in accordance with the rule of law, maintaining the principles of confidentiality, impartiality, independence and responsibility towards all relevant parties with the utmost sensitivity;
  2. Ensuring that any organization wishing to benefit from our activities can access our organization's services, regardless of employee count, location, or membership in any group;
  3. Never permitting, under any circumstances, the improper use of information obtained during our activities for the advantage of third parties, unless a legal request is received;
  4. Remaining open to continuous improvement and ensuring the necessary compliance with technical developments occurring in internationally accepted rules;
  5. Always exercising the necessary diligence by keeping personnel free from any commercial, financial, political and other pressures that could affect their decisions;
  6. Not engaging in any activity that would conflict with the independence of decisions and their accuracy regarding testing activities;
  7. Repeating testing activities if any issue affecting our impartiality is identified during testing activities.
